The latest scam on the market and it`s really BIG – WARNING!! Please do not go for Trustpilot reviews, they are artificially increased. I`m sure it`s huge and a lot of poor guys are trapped. I paid about $3.5,000 for a consumer complaint and was assured of service within 24 hours. After following them for many days, and after making many phone calls and receiving false assurances, I got to know their modus operandi: calculating clients` money and letting them follow up so often that they no longer have the time and energy to pursue their business. They will essentially bleed you in terms of time and energy. Your money is then lost. For me, I called them every day after payment and every day I get the same response from customer service representatives – “In 1 hour your complaint will be resolved. That is what I assured.
Even the answers of these guys are exactly the same. You will wait day after day and nothing will happen. When I asked for a refund, I was told it is a complex process and will take about 1 year!! So it is obvious that they will impose you, they will make you continue until you are tired and exhausted and they will not refund you either. So, 100%, it`s a scam. They all have Bengali accents – So it`s obvious that everything works from 1 common location – Another big red flag!! They figured out how to fool innocent people who don`t know the field of law and obviously there`s a huge demand for that and poor consumers fall into the trap because everything is “online” – we think it`s as simple as that! Please spread your word by making your complaints heard louder. Post your reviews wherever you can – Google, Mouthshut.com, trustpilot, Quora to prevent them from fooling other innocent people. Excellent staff, very helpful, especially Mrs Sriparna Datta, with whom she talks about my case, in which 30 days have already passed to provide Amazon with legal advice, very she listened to me very patiently, she is very cooperative. Aditya said that the business partner onlinelegalindia misunderstood your case. Then he told me he would help me in another way and sent me a separate test email with his personal number and asked me not to say it online legally in India.
And he called me separately again and told me he would help me with another legal advisor after talking to his elder and urged me not to disclose onlinelegalindia. This is totally unacceptable because, after hearing my case, Aditya intended to blackmail me through another lawyer after experiencing my bad situation. Now what I need is down :1. Why the promised service was not provided and that will compensate for my loss.2. Refund my money with compensation because no service was provided to me.3. Sacking Aditya Narayan for this fraud and blackmail. I took service from Online Legal India for a consumer problem. I am satisfied with the process by which legal issues can be dealt with by ordinary people through an online forum. The lawyer assigned to me was Arijeet Saurabh, who supported me with his expertise throughout the process.
He provided me with his advice and guidance to help me compensate for my financial loss. Please do not go for legalindiaOnline Services, because it is like a scam, before payment, they ensure that the complete procedure will be completed within 7-8 days, but in fact, they do not respond to the victim`s problems.
